AuraxAI provides clear information, automated analytical tools and personal support. The user retains control over decisions and funds, and should carefully assess risks, costs and own goals before using them.

1. Use of the website and services

This website is an information and marketing platform. It presents tools and information about trading cryptocurrencies and other financial assets and collects registration enquiries. The website itself does not execute trades. Transactions are handled by the separate legal entity identified during account activation, whose identity and required authorisations must be checked before any transaction.

Access to the functions described on the site requires creating a personal account, providing accurate and up-to-date data, as well as passing identity checks described in our KYC/AML policy. The account is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to a third party.

2. Limitations

The data published on the page are of an informative nature. They do not represent investment advice or personalised recommendations, nor offer financial services. The yield examples shown, especially in the calculator, are illustrative and do not prejudge any results. Trading carries a risk of loss detailed on our site risk warning.

9. Exclusion of warranty

The site and its content are available "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure from intrusion, despite the measure described on the site security. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from willful or gross negligence, or to the rights of the user under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Compensation

Other provisions

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other clauses will retain their full effect. The fact of not doing anything to assert a right does not constitute a waiver. These terms are governed by Australian law; in case of a permanent dispute, the procedure described on the page complaints should be followed without limiting any statutory rights. External complaint options, including AFCA, depend on the provider’s membership and the complaint’s eligibility.
